Abstract
A MULTI METHOD APPROACH TO MEASURE THE MIGRAINE DISTRESS AMONG STUDENTS

Migraine is a common disorder prevalent among young population especially females. This qualitative-quantitative study explored the disability and lived in experience with migraine reported by a selected group of 30 nursing students. The overall disability and pain intensity of the migraine episodes was moderate. There was other significant findings that 33% depend purely on OTC for pain relief, 33% had associated nausea and vomiting. The lived in concerns of the migraine sufferers revolved mainly around their inability to complete their college assignments on time.
