Abstract
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND INNOVATIVE AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AMONG MANAGERS AND EXPERTS: A CASE STUDY TEHRAN BAHMAN MOTOR COMPANY

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and innovative and financial performance among managers and experts of Tehran Bahman Motor Company. This research in terms of practical purpose and data collection methodis scrolling. The target population of this research was 90 persons of managers and experts from different parts of Tehran Bahman Motor Company in July 2014. The data collection tool includes dimensions of Intellectual Capital questionnaires (structural capital, human capital and relational capital), and Innovative and financial performance. Cronbach's alpha method was used for assess the reliability of questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were greater than 74/0 for all structures, and this indicates that the questionnaire has necessary reliability. To test the model, research and hypotheses Structural equation modeling and T test (t) were used. The results of the testing confirmed all assumptions. This reflects the fact that the intellectual capital has significant relationships with innovative performance and financial performance among managers and experts of Tehran's Bahman Motor Factory
