This study is based on the data obtained from Gamo Gofa Zone culture, tourism and Government communication Affairs Department office on the number of tourists’ flows in Gamo Gofa Zone. The data is collected by Gamo Gofa Zone culture, tourism and Government communication Affairs Department office. it includes the total number domestic and foreign tourists from 1991-2004 E.C This paper mainly focuses on the times series analysis of number of tourists and the result of this analysis shows that the flow of domestic and foreign number of tourists increase from time to time during the year 1991- 2003E.C. This study tries to forecast flow of tourists for the next few years and it was obtained that there is an upward trend. By applying different time series technique, this study investigated that, there is an increasing trend changes in number of tourists with time (year) with respect to the numbers of domestic and foreign tourists.
