Abstract
Kimura’s disease is a benign lymphoproliferative disorder of obscure etiology characterized by swellings in the head and neck region, regional lymphadenopathy with peripheral eosinophilia. We present a case of Kimura’s disease of cheek with none of the preoperative tests suggesting the diagnosis making it a diagnostic dilemma
