Abstract
ANODIC POLARIZATION OF ZIRCALOY-4 IN 0.1M AMMONIUM OXALATE – EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE BY FARADAY 1ST LAW

The anodic polarization process was carried out from 273K–333K temperature with voltage range of 79V to 60V, which is the voltage range achievable by the anodization circuit.The effect of voltage formed via anodic polarization of high purity zircaloy-4 was investigated. It is observed after the anodic polarization of zircaloy-4 by faraday 1st law process when we raised the temperature from 273K–333K observed that at constant current density 8 mA.cm¯² a decrease in the zirconia plate rate, faradaic efficiency and differential field.
