Abstract
Cystosarcoma phyllodes is a rare tumor of the breast, almost exclusively occur in the females. We operated on 23 cases of phyollodes tumor during the period 2000 to 2015. All the cases were subjected to FNAC, Mammogram. Histologically proved phyllodes tumor were included in this study. Only one case was found to be malignant. Rest of the cases were reported benign. Our follow-up has been for last 15 years. We found surgery to be the main stay of treatment & it yielded good results.
