Surface Water , Heavy Metals ,Water Quality Parameters ,

Water is an essential constituent for all type of life on Earth. In Present study, quality of Surface Water, were determined in September 2016 from Villages area in Dipika, Korba Chhattisgarh, India. The result showed that in Surface Water of this area contain low DO and amount of BOD was found to be high. All heavy metals are within the range, and also analyzed Water Quality parameters pH, TDS, Chloride, Colour, Temperature, Calcium and Magnesium etc. In sample SW1 found to be low Dissolve oxygen and high BOD value which directly indicate this water is not suitable for Aquatic animals.
