Abstract
Postpartum depression was a significant factor which affects the mother - child bounding, growth and development. Literatures reveal that proper screening and early detection can prevent to postpartum depression. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence, predictors and coping strategies among postnatal mothers. A sample of 50 postnatal mothers were selected and screened for prevalence and predictors. Coping strategies was significantly effective to reduce postpartum depression
