The huge promise of microarrays is that they give information about every gene, but this is also their huge curse a crushing onslaught of data. A decade ago, these data were a mismatch with existing statistical tools. Today, there is still no consensus on how to analyze and interpret them. The present review concluded that, Data interpretation and bioinformatics remain the major hurdles in microarray technology
