T-cell lymphomas come to notice with the distinctive set of presenting features and one can predict the outcome depending on the markers and cytological features. This further suggests the therapeutic approaches are more specific than those currently available. The regression of lymphomas is spontaneous in that the mechanisms linking the antecedent event to the tumor regression are obscure. Most of the events that are implicated as causing regression (Infection, Coley’s toxin, septicemia etc.) affect the host systemically. Whatever the mechanisms of spontaneous of this “abscopal effect†the phenomenon suggests the possibility that local host or environmental factors may also achieve regression of disseminated lymphoma. Cutaneous T-Cell lymphoma (CTCL) is an uncommon skin malignancy. A rare presentation of CTCL with spontaneous regression is reported.
