If we wish to know something about face bows, how this instrument is used and the significance of its application, a short historical survey of the ideas connected with these problems and the working methods and instruments that they have given rise to, will give us a clear picture of the features to be remembered in this aspect. Hence the present article discusses the importance of facebows in dentistry.
