Abstract

A company's success is largely dependent upon the individual characteristics of its human resources. To put it another way, a person's characteristics are the traits, and traits that make them unique. There is a significant positive impact of individual characteristics variables and organizational climate on employee performance and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. There is a strong relationship between individual characteristics and job satisfaction, and how it affects employee performance. Management implications indicate that the best way to increase employee performance is to improve individual characteristics, organizational climate, and job satisfaction. Training in interpersonal skills and placing employees according to their skills can enhance an individual's characteristics. Additionally, work tools can be repaired to improve organizational climate. As a last measure, training leadership can be provided for the chairman in order to increase job satisfaction. Employees are more open to improving themselves and developing themselves (learning new things) when they work in an environment that fosters a good individual and conducive organizational climate. When employees are satisfied with their jobs, they are more likely to complete their work to the best of their ability. By doing so, they are able to increase their job performance and, as a result, contribute to the overall success of the company
