<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>109</id><JournalTitle>EFFECTIVENESS OF LUMBAR SUPPORT ON BACKACHE AMONG POSTOPERATIVE PATIENTS SUBJECTED TO ABDOMINAL SURGERY</JournalTitle><Abstract>Backache is considered to be one of the most common postoperative complaints. It has a direct and immediate effect
on the physical functioning. It usually results in restriction of movement, specifically on movement of the affected area of the
back. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of lumbar support on postoperative backache among patients subjected to
abdominal surgery. Samples of 30 patients were randomly assigned to study and control group. Lumbar support was
