<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>116</id><JournalTitle>EFFECTIVENESS OF STORYMAP TECHNIQUE ON THE LEVEL OF COMPREHENSION SKILLS AMONG CHILDREN IN SELECTED SCHOOLS AT CHENNAI</JournalTitle><Abstract>Children are the future of country and are the special gift to the world. If the child is having good health without
proper education, the child will not have a good future. The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of story map technique on
the level of comprehension skills among children in the selected schools at Chennai. 60 participants were randomly selected
to study and control group. The participants are divided into five groups and each group consists of six participants. In study
group routine comprehension reading and storymap technique was taught for three days and posttest was conducted whereas
control group receives routine comprehension reading. The result shows that storymap technique was significantly effective
