the patient to develop positive attitude to avoid those complications. As a patient advocate, it is the responsibility of the nurse
to educate the patient about care of orthopedic trauma, complication of immobility, prevention of complication. The objective
of the study was Evaluate the effectiveness of lap top assisted nursing strategies on knowledge among the major orthopedic
trauma patient and associate selected back ground variables with knowledge. The finding revealed that the knowledge pre
test-post test difference in mean is 10.50, difference in standard deviation is 2.32 and t value is 22.47 which are statistically
