23PREVALENCE, PREDICTORS AND COPING STRATEGIES REGARDING POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION (PPD) AMONG POSTNATAL MOTHERS ADMITTED IN SELECTED HOSPITALS OF PUNJABPostpartum depression was a significant factor which affects the mother - child bounding, growth and development. Literatures reveal that proper screening and early detection can prevent to postpartum depression. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence, predictors and coping strategies among postnatal mothers. A sample of 50 postnatal mothers were selected and screened for prevalence and predictors.
