<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>282</id><JournalTitle>EPILEPTIC SEIZURE SECONDARY TO POSTERIOR REVERSIBLE ENCEPHALOPATHY SYNDROME (PRES): A CASE REPORT</JournalTitle><Abstract>Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome (PRES) is a usually reversible condition diagnosed on clinical and
radiological grounds, which is characterized by a number of different clinical presentations including severe headache, focal
neurological signs, and mental and visual disturbances. A patient with end-stage renal failure presenting to emergency
department with sudden-onset hypertension, loss of consciousness, and epileptic seizure was diagnosed with PRES based on
clinical and radiological findings.
