339VAGINAL LEIOMYOMA PRESENTING AS POLYPPrimary vaginal leiomyoma are rare and usually arise from the anterior wall. But we report a case of leiomyoma of the vagina arising from the posterior wall presenting as a polyp. Operative management should include evaluation of urethrovesical support. Considering the age, vaginal hysterectomy was done in our case.
