Examination revealed patient being irritable and inability to move all four limbs. Laboratory investigations revealed
hypernatremia and elevated creatinine phospho kinase (CPK). MRI showed features suggestive of sagittal sinus thrombosis.
We are reporting a case of quadriparesis secondary to rhabdomyolysis and superior sagittal sinus thrombosis in post partum
