It can be
compared with migraine. Globally, approximately 15% of the population is affected by migraines at some point in life.
Nasyakarma is the main principle of treatment for it. Vacha and pippaliavpeedanasya is one among them. Both the
ingredients are readily available .This pilot study was conducted in the OPD of Govt. Ayurved college Raipur. Total twelve
patients were registered for this study, out of which 10 patients have completed the study. Very encouraging result was
obtained from this study.
