environmental problems in the world at the present time. And it can be seen through the implementation of some major
industrial projects in the world, which has led to the emergence of many environmental problems, which led to the widening
of the ozone layer, increasing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and the dangers caused by global warming, and other rate.
Therefore it is the many voices calling for reducing the environmental impacts of various industrial activities and reduce
pollutants and waste and toxic chemicals and conserve natural resources for future generations. Confirm, the importance of
environmental studies, which include an assessment of the environmental impact of industrial projects through the integration
of environmental considerations into policies and plans for economic development, so that the planning process for
development include environmental planning process to achieve sustainable development The aim of this paper is the subject
of the call for the integration of the environmental dimension within the dimensions of the economic plans , by conducting
environmental impact assessment of development projects, as a tool to achieve a balance between the environment and
