biological investigations to assess their potential therapeutic significance. They are known to play a crucial role in numerous
disease conditions especially cancer. The advent of their first bioactivity as adenosine antagonistic property divulged their
medicinal potential. The collective anticancer results were described.
<Email>noura.sayed@hu.edu.eg</Email><articletype>Review</articletype><volume>6</volume><issue>7</issue><year>2016</year><keyword>Pyrazolopyrimidines,Anticancer,Synthesis</keyword><AUTHORS>Noura Sayed,Rabah Ahmed Taha, Mohamed Kamal Abdel Hamid, DalaA.AbouEla</AUTHORS><afflication>Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Heliopolis University for Sustainable Development, Egypt., Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University, Egypt.,Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University, Egypt., Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University, Egypt.</afflication></Article></Articles>
