making and final manufacture. Inaccuracies can occur at any stage, and if introduced early on, may have an exaggerated
effect on the final restoration. Costs can be high, in terms of clinical and laboratory time and expertise. The costs of
producing remake restorations must be borne either by the dentist or the laboratory. Extra chairside time and visits are
