56STUDIES ON SCIENTIFIC ASPECTS OF WATER QUALITY WITH PHYSICO-CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL FACTORS OF VISHNUPURI RESERVOIR DISTRICT, NANDED (MSThe purpose of present study is to understand the scientific knowledge about the physico-chemical and biological status of vishnupuri reservoir, Nanded. During the period of one year from June 2012 to May 2013. Monthly analysed samples indicated that the water quality of Vishnupuri reservoir is quite suitable for aquacultural, agricultural and industrial purposes. To acquire the basic scientific knowledge about reservoir parameters are used temperature, total solids, pH, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide, biological oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand.
